The philosophy behind the E.nopi program reflects Daekyo's thirty years of experience in providing customer-focused management and educational services, with an emphasis on child-centered education and instructor qualifications. The core value of our philosophy is that children improve their performance and become motivated to learn new things if they obtain an independent and proactive attitude. The E.nopi educational system helps young children realize their full potential with our highly individualized curriculum. The intent of our program is to reinforce what students learn in a formal school environment. E.nopi-trained instructors are available to help and encourage students solve problems when faced with difficulties.

Our research has shown that students in the E.nopi program improve their performance in school due to the personalized attention that they receive. E.nopi's fundamental belief is that students require personalized attention from an instructor in a one-on-one environment to maximize potential. We provide this type of private care to students whether they are taught at home or in a learning center. As a result, we can manage the learning pace and progress of each of our students in order to help preserve, reinforce, and expand their knowledge.

We offer home tutoring with a belief that students also improve their performance if they can spend twenty to thirty minutes a week with an instructor in the comfort of the home environment. In learning centers, we train our instructors to provide such personalized attention. We have developed our tutorials in such a way that teachers can give personal attention to each and every student in the class, despite diversity in age or learning level.

The E.nopi education system creates a learning space defined by the needs of the student rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all education system. The formulated steps in our workbooks are subdivided in such a way that each student's personal learning level can be matched. As a result,          students will be motivated to learn independently and proactively.

Under the E.nopi education system, instructors do not necessarily take a lead role in the student's learning process. E.nopi-trained instructors are available to help and encourage students to solve             problems when they face difficulties. This method combined with our specially designed tutorials and             workbooks will motivate students to take a proactive and independent approach to learning.

The philosophy of the E.nopi system emphasizes that an educational program is most effective when an instructor is able to customize the program itself to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
